Shipping Methods and Charges

Normally, customer is responsible for shipping fee & insurance themselves. Our price is ex-factory price. However, for service we provide customer method of shipping for convenience. You will have to select the method of shipping during check out process.

For our member located in Thailand, we do have 2 types of shipping

1. Thai Postal Ground service, it will normally take 2-4 weeks to be shipped within Thailand.

2. Door-to-Door Ground Service, it will normally take next day delivery. We use TNT Express for this service.

For our member located outside Thailand, we do have services

1. Thai Postal Air Service it will take at least 2 weeks to get the shipment.

2. Door-to-Door Air Service, it will normally take 3-5 days delivery. We use TNT Express for this service.

Note : If customer needs to use other method of shipping not listed here, please send e-mail to : unibrand@yahoo.com  or by fax to 662-347-6079 to let us know your requirement upon sending your purchase order (refer to your name , surname and   

Username.) We will estimate cost of shipping for you.

You can review the shipping charge for your selecting option together with the product cost and insurance fee from our reply mail.

Please also note that for a few of our larger or heavier items require special handling and additional shipping charges will apply. Any additional charges will be indicated in the product description and extra charges will be calculated and you can check from our reply mail as well.

Insurance Policy

Insurance your product during shipping is mandatory for shipment outside Thailand. We have contract insurance broker, to handle each shipment for you. The insurance fee will be charged to your order. You can check the insurance fee from your tracking order or from our confirmed e-mail.

Delivery Time / Production Lead-time

When you place an order with unibrand-aroma.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the shipping options you choose. Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. The reply e-mail will let you know your product cost, product availability, production lead-time, shipping cost, insurance fee.

For products which are available immediately and ready for making shipment As soon as we received the payment to our bank account, we will start sending you immediately.

Due to quantity concerned and many products are OEM, production lead-time for higher quantity will be longer (15-30 days). When stock is available and ready for shipment, we will e-mail you the shipping information including ETD and ETA date. Original shipping document for Custom Clearance will be sending to you.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.

Payment Policy

We accept -- T/T full amount or Wired Transfer to our Bank Account.

For products which are available immediately and ready for making shipment As soon as we received the payment to our bank account, we will start sending you immediately.
