Except as expressly stated herein, Unibrand (Thailand) Co.,Ltd makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, and expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, of any kind, with respect to products sold on the sawasdeeonline.com site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Unibrand (Thailand) Co.,Ltd arising from any product sold on the unibrand-aroma.com sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Unibrand (Thailand) Co., Ltd., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.

Return Product
Most of our products are made-to-order , therefore we do not accept any returned products after delivery.

Product Defect
However if you find out the defect on our product which caused by production process, you can inform us by sending email :  unibrand@yahoo.com refer to your order no. , product purchased, date of order, payment amount and describe problem occurred. Or fax to us to 662-347-6079. We will investigate problem occurred and let you know result. If we find that the problem occurs from our production process, we will authorize you to get exchange on those defect items. You need to send back to us the defect product back under your owned cost. We will send you new good condition product for free of charge.  The defect product must be in the same condition as you first received.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Unibrand shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If you has already transfer fund for the purchase and your order is canceled, Unibrand (Thailand) Co., Ltd. shall immediately return back the amount of the charge to your account.
