Payment & Ordering

Q : May I phone my order ?
A: We do not accept orders by phone. All orders will have to be made by using our order form through internet.

Q : If I want to buy big lot of your product, what should I do?
A : Most price are wholesales price. If you need big volume product, please email : unibrand@yahoo.com

Q : Do I need to be member in order to buy your product?
A : Yes you do. You need to be our member. After become our member, you will be able to check out for ordering.

Q : Do I have to make payment immediately?
A : Due to many kinds of our product are OEM. , after we receive your order we have to (1) confirm stock availability, (2) calculate the shipping cost separately according to your selection on method of shipping. Within 48 hours after receiving your order, we will send confirmation of your order on your order quantity and total cost of purchase, shipping & handling cost via e-mail.

When you receive the our e-mail, you agree on the total cost, term and condition stated on our e-mail then you will have to go make fund transfer to our Bank account.

Q : May I change my order after I reconfirm order and make payment?
A : We will not accept any change of order after the payment is received from customer.

Q : Can I use credit card to pay for the product?
A : We do not accepted credit card. We accept T/T and wire transfer to our bank account.

Q : How to cancel or change the order ?
A : We have process for you to cancel the order please got to see "How to order" topic. However, after we receive your payment, you are unable to cancel your order.

Shipping / Service

Q : When will my order be shipped?
A : We will ship your goods once payment has been received and stock is available. You may check production lead-time from our e-mail sent to you for order confirmation. Order will be shipped according to method in which the customer has chosen. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
Q : How and where do you ship your products?
A : We deliver worldwide. Our company is able to ship goods using Freight forwarder door-to-door from TNT express or Postal Land /or Air mail. However, for big quantity, we are able to ship by sea as well. This will be handle separatedly.

Q : Do you provide insurance?
A : Insurance is mandatory for customer outside Thailand. We then give you the cost of insurance together with reply e-mail.

Return / Refund

Q : What if I want to return or exchange a product?
A : We do not accept return or exchange products.

Q : What if the received items are defected or damaged?
A : In the event that the product received are damaged, a claim will have to be made with the insurance company. If the items received are defect, please refer Legal Disclaimer topic “Defect Product & Product Liability”
